One developer reads every message. Include your iOS version, your device model, and the state you were working with, and you will get a real answer, usually within two business days.
support@keremkarayagiz.comAll 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Each state is stored with its own rules: whether a report is due annually, every two years, or not at all, whether the due date is a fixed calendar date or tied to your formation anniversary, the current filing fee, and a direct link to the official filing portal.
Yes. A few states, including Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, and Ohio, do not require an annual report from LLCs, and Pennsylvania runs on a much longer cycle. Goodstand shows this clearly instead of inventing a deadline, and you can still track franchise tax, registered agent renewal, business license renewal, and your own custom dates.
It depends on your state. Some states set one fixed date for every entity. Others count from the anniversary of the date your entity was formed or registered, so the app asks for that date when you add an entity. Foreign registrations in other states are tracked separately, because each state applies its own rule to your registration in that state.
No to both. Goodstand is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not file documents, does not act as your registered agent, and does not give legal, tax, or financial advice. State requirements change. Always confirm your deadline and fee on the official Secretary of State website before you file, and speak with an attorney or accountant about your own situation. You remain responsible for your filings.
On your device. There is no account, no login, and no server that receives your entity records. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is copied to your own private iCloud storage so it appears on your other Apple devices. Even then, we cannot see it.
Open iOS Settings, find Goodstand, tap Notifications, and make sure Allow Notifications is on with Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners enabled. Then check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing the app, and that Low Power Mode is off. Inside the app, confirm each entity has a reminder schedule set. If reminders still do not arrive, email us with your iOS version and we will help.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Restoring takes a few seconds and requires an internet connection.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed in iOS Settings. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Goodstand. From there you can change plans or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel or refund a subscription on your behalf; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete individual entities or deadlines inside the app at any time. To erase everything, open Settings inside the app and tap Erase All Data. Deleting the app from your device also removes its entire local database. If you used iCloud sync, remove the app data from your iCloud account as well, in iOS Settings under your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage.
Yes. You can add multiple LLCs, corporations, and nonprofits, and register the same entity in several states as a foreign entity. Each registration gets its own deadline based on that state's rules.
Yes. State rules are built into the app, so deadlines are calculated and reminders fire without an internet connection. You only need to be online to open a state filing portal or to restore a purchase.
Tell us. State requirements shift, and we update the built-in rules with app releases. Email the state and what changed, and we will verify it against the official source and push a correction.
Goodstand is a reminder, not a filing service. When a due date approaches, open your state's official portal from the link inside the app, confirm the current fee and requirements on that page, and file directly with the state. Missing a required filing can lead to late penalties and, eventually, administrative dissolution of your entity, so file early rather than on the last day.
