Terms of Service

By downloading or using Vestly (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What Vestly is

Vestly is a personal tool for tracking restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options, and other equity compensation. It helps you record your grants, project vesting schedules, view current values using third-party market data, and see rough tax and total-compensation estimates.

Vestly is an informational and estimation tool only. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, legal, or accounting advice. All values and tax figures are estimates based on the information you enter and on delayed, third-party share prices, and they may differ materially from your actual taxes, withholdings, or proceeds. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Market data

Share prices and company search results are provided by a third-party data provider and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Vestly does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of this data and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it.

Subscriptions

Vestly offers an optional Premium subscription as an auto-renewable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, billed weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karayağız shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its estimates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
