These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Prodrome – Migraine Diary ("the App"), provided by [Your Name / Company] ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Important: The App is a personal migraine tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
The App lets you log migraine attacks, symptoms, potential triggers, and medication use, and presents statistical summaries and correlations based on the information you enter. Premium features may include additional insights, charts, and exportable reports.
The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any patterns, correlations, percentages, or insights presented are statistical observations derived solely from data you enter, and are not medical findings or professional advice. The App is not a substitute for professional medical care. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App. In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you interpret and act on the summaries the App provides. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with it.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to the following:
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA differ, the stricter provision applies to your use of the App.
The App, including its name, design, and content we provide, is owned by [Your Name / Company] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The data you enter remains yours. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that any insights it produces are complete or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Name / Company] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any reliance on insights it provides. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any of its features, at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
