Frequently asked questions
What does Rolldate do?
Rolldate keeps owner-operators and small fleets on top of federal deadlines. Enter your USDOT number and Rolldate builds your deadline calendar automatically — MCS-150 biennial update, UCR, BOC-3, Form 2290, Clearinghouse query, and IFTA quarters — then reminds you before each one is due.
How does Rolldate know my MCS-150 date?
The MCS-150 biennial update deadline is set by the last two digits of your USDOT number: the last digit determines the month and the second-to-last digit determines whether you file in an odd or even year. Rolldate applies that rule automatically. Always confirm the date with FMCSA — Rolldate is a record-keeping tool, not legal advice.
Which deadlines does it track?
MCS-150 biennial update, UCR annual registration, BOC-3, Form 2290 (HVUT), Clearinghouse annual query, and IFTA quarterly returns. You can also add document expiry dates for insurance, cab card, registration, medical card, and annual inspection.
Can I export a summary?
Yes. Rolldate generates an audit-ready compliance summary PDF listing every requirement, its due date, and its status. PDF export is part of Rolldate Pro.
What does Rolldate Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited carriers, the compliance summary PDF, and deadline alerts. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, each with a free trial. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Rolldate, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Open the paywall or the Settings tab in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Where is my data stored?
Your records are stored on your device. Rolldate has no account and no server that receives your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
