Rugor ("we", "us") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does with your photo and data. Rugor has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
To create a preview, the photo you select is sent securely over HTTPS to our server, which passes it to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the edited image. This is required for the app to work — the AI must see your photo to render a new look on it.
The previews you generate are saved on your device only. They are not uploaded to any gallery, feed or community. Deleting a look, or deleting the app, removes them from your device.
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple processes your purchase and renewal.
Rugor contains no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or device identifiers, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Rugor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help.
A facial photograph may be considered special-category data under GDPR. By choosing a photo and tapping to generate a preview, you provide explicit consent for that photo to be processed solely to create your requested image, as described above. You can withdraw by simply not submitting photos; there is nothing stored to delete on our side.
Because we do not retain your photos or hold an account for you, there is no stored personal data for us to export or erase. For any question, contact us and we will respond.
