The agreement that covers Flashline, including subscription terms.

These Terms of Use form the agreement between you and Kerem Karayagiz ("we", "us") for the Flashline iPhone application and everything in it. Installing or using Flashline means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Everything Flashline produces is a computer-generated drawing meant to help you think before you commit. It is not a professional design service, a medical opinion, or a promise of any result on skin. A tattoo is permanent. Take every design to a licensed tattoo artist, who is responsible for what is actually applied to your body.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Flashline. In many places tattooing is restricted to adults regardless of parental consent. Nothing in Flashline authorises anyone to get a tattoo, and you are responsible for the laws that apply where you live.
Flashline has no accounts. You do not register, and we do not issue credentials. Everything you create is stored on your device. If you lose the device, delete the app, or reset it, the content is gone. We hold no backup and cannot restore it for you.
You may not submit prompts that ask for:
Prompts are screened automatically. A rejected prompt does not consume a design credit. Repeated attempts to bypass screening may result in loss of access.
You own the designs you generate in Flashline, to the fullest extent ownership is available under the law of your country. We claim no licence over them, we do not display them anywhere, and we do not use them for training. Bear in mind two limits: outputs generated by artificial intelligence may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and an output can resemble existing work. Before you commit a design to skin, satisfy yourself that you are free to use it.
Flashline includes a small number of free designs so you can judge the app before paying. Every feature is available during those free designs. When they are used up, further designs require a Flashline Pro subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe during it, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy. Where a jurisdiction gives you a statutory withdrawal right, that right is unaffected by these terms.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to grant, deny or process refunds ourselves.
Generating a design depends on a third-party artificial intelligence provider and on your internet connection. That service can be slow, unavailable, or discontinued. We do not guarantee a specific output, quality, or turnaround, and we may set fair-use limits to keep the service running for everyone. If we ever have to retire the app, subscriptions can be cancelled through Apple as described above.
Flashline sends the text you write and the style you select to an AI image provider so that a design can be drawn. Their handling of that text is covered by their own terms. No photograph and no identifier is sent. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Flashline is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any design will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Kerem Karayagiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for any tattoo you choose to have applied, its appearance, its cost, or its removal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where that limitation is not permitted.
This agreement is between you and Kerem Karayagiz only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Flashline or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Flashline. If Flashline fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to Flashline, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
We may update these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Flashline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using Flashline at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. Sections 4, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the benefit of those rules and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
