Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Keralia ("the app"), provided by Yasin Halit Karayağız Karayağız. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Keralia is — and is not
Keralia is a personal tracking and record-keeping tool. It helps you take consistent photos and log observations about your hair over time. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Any scores, trends, or observations it shows are informational only and are not a clinical assessment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as a dermatologist, about your hair, scalp, or any health concern, and before starting or stopping any treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions
Keralia offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock its full features. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are made through Apple.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the app for your own personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your device secure. You should maintain your own backups where important to you; while iCloud sync is available, we are not responsible for data loss.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app. We aim to keep the app working well but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yasin Halit Karayağız Karayağız is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for any decision you make based on information the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of Yasin Halit Karayağız Karayağız, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
