Everything you enter in Onsett - medications, doses, effect check-ins, side effects, sleep and appetite ratings and notes - is written to a database on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, that database is copied to your own private iCloud account, which only you can read.
Nothing. Onsett has no account system, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracking and no server of its own. No personal data is transmitted to us or to any third party.
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app whether an active subscription exists. We never receive your name, payment details or Apple ID.
Dose and check-in reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There are no push notifications and no notification server.
PDF reports are generated on your device. They are shared only when you choose to share them, and only with the recipient you select.
The information you record in Onsett concerns your health. Because it never leaves your device or your private iCloud account, we do not process it in any way. We do not sell, rent or share data, because we never hold any.
Settings contains a Delete all data option that permanently removes every entry from the device. Removing the app also removes its local database. To remove synced copies, delete Onsett data from iCloud in the iOS Settings app.
Because all data stays on your device, you already have full access, correction, export and deletion control from inside the app. If you have a question about this, write to us.
Onsett is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
