Onsett is an ADHD medication titration tracker for iPhone and iPad. It records the doses you take, how the effect felt hour by hour, and your sleep, appetite and side effects, then turns that into a report you can bring to your prescriber.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Onsett has no sign-up, no login and no server. Everything you enter is stored on your device.

How do I record a check-in?

On the Today tab, log a dose first. The dose then appears under Effect check-in. Tap it, choose where you are right now, and rate your focus from 1 to 5. Two or three check-ins across the day are enough to draw a useful curve.

Why is the Timeline chart empty?

The chart is drawn from check-ins, not doses. Log at least two check-ins on a day and the curve will appear.

What is a dose step?

A step is one dose level held for a period of time. Add a new step whenever your prescriber changes the dose, then mark the old one too low, works or too high. Insights compares the levels for you.

How do I create a report?

Settings, then Create doctor report. Onsett produces a PDF covering dose steps, daily entries, check-ins and side effects, which you can share or print. Reports are part of Onsett Pro.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Onsett. Cancellation must be at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I sync between iPhone and iPad?

Yes, if iCloud sync is enabled. Data is copied only to your own private iCloud account and is never visible to us.

How do I delete my data?

Settings, then Delete all data. This permanently removes every medication, dose, check-in and daily log from the device.

Onsett records what you enter. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and it never suggests or recommends a dose. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber, and never change a dose based on anything shown in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
