One developer answers every message. Expect a reply within two business days. Writing from the same address you use for your Apple Account helps if the question involves a purchase.

Add your dog first
Open Cavalti and create a profile for each dog you handle. Name, breed, date of birth, and current weight are enough to begin. Everything else can be filled in later.
Log a session
Tap the plus button, pick a session type — treadmill, swim, drag weight, cavaletti, ground work, or a custom type you define — then enter duration, repetitions, or load. Sessions can be logged during training or added afterward from memory.
Track recovery
Record heart rate recovery by entering the pulse immediately after work and again after a fixed rest interval. Cavalti charts the trend so you can see conditioning improve across a season.
Plan a taper
Add a competition date and Cavalti counts backward from it, marking the loading and taper windows on your calendar so you can see at a glance where you are in the cycle.
Subscription and billing
What is included in Pro
The free version covers one dog and basic session logging. Cavalti Pro unlocks unlimited dogs, heart rate recovery and muscle condition trends, taper planning, and PDF export for your veterinarian.
Manage or cancel
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your device open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, select Cavalti, and change or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you remove Cavalti without canceling through Apple, billing continues. Cancel first, then delete.
Restore a purchase
New device, or reinstalled the app? Open Settings › Restore Purchases inside Cavalti while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. If it does not restore, confirm you are signed in to the correct account, then email us.
Refunds
We cannot issue refunds and never see your payment details. Apple handles all billing. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Where it lives
On your iPhone. Cavalti has no accounts and no servers, and your training records are never sent to us. Read the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Moving to a new iPhone
If iCloud is enabled for Cavalti, your data appears on the new device once you sign in with the same Apple Account. Check Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Apps Using iCloud on the old device before you switch, and let it finish syncing while on Wi-Fi.
Export for your veterinarian
Open a dog's profile, choose Export, and pick a date range. Cavalti produces a PDF with the session history, recovery trend, and muscle condition notes that you can email or print for a rehabilitation appointment.
Delete your data
Remove individual dogs or sessions inside the app, or wipe everything with Settings › Erase All Data. Deleting the app removes its local storage. To clear the iCloud copy, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage.
Troubleshooting
The app crashes or freezes
Force quit and reopen, then confirm you are on the latest version in the App Store and running a supported version of iOS. If it persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
A session I logged is missing
Check the date filter on the session list first, since sessions logged after midnight land on the following day. If it is genuinely gone and you use iCloud, give sync a few minutes on Wi-Fi before assuming data loss.
Reminders are not arriving
Confirm notifications are allowed in Settings › Cavalti › Notifications, and check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not suppressing them.
Feedback and feature requests
Cavalti is built for handlers who train seriously, and the roadmap comes largely from what users ask for. If your sport needs a session type, a metric, or an export format that is missing, write in and describe how you would use it. Specific requests carry the most weight.
Before you train
Cavalti records what you tell it. It does not prescribe exercise or assess whether an activity is safe for your dog. Consult a licensed veterinarian or a certified canine rehabilitation professional before starting or changing a conditioning program, and stop work immediately if your dog shows pain, lameness, or heat stress.
