What Crease does with your selfie, what it never does, and what you can delete.

Crease has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. To render a new look, your selfie is sent securely to our server and to an AI image provider, used only to create your preview, and not kept on the server afterwards. It is never used to train models, never sold, and never shared beyond generating your result. Your saved looks live on your device.

Your photo is central to how Crease works, so we are specific about it. It is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. On our server it is held only in memory for the moment it takes to call the AI image provider and return your result; we do not write it to a database and we do not keep a copy after the response is sent. The AI image provider processes the image to generate the output and, under our agreement and their policy, does not use it to train their models. We do not perform facial recognition, we do not attempt to identify you, and we do not build a biometric profile. The generated result is sent back to your device and saved there, under your control.
Crease uses the standard iOS photo picker. Because of how that picker works, the app only receives the single image you select and does not get access to the rest of your library.
Purchases go through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see your payment details. The app asks StoreKit whether a valid subscription exists on this Apple Account and receives a yes or no. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
To render a look, our server forwards your photo and the selected cut and color to a third-party AI image provider. No name, email address, device identifier or advertising identifier is included. The provider processes the image to produce your result and returns it. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and by our agreement with them.
Crease is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Crease only with a parent or guardian, and do not upload a photo of a child without the consent and involvement of their parent or guardian. If you believe a child has used the app without appropriate consent, write to support@keremkarayagiz.com.tr and we will help.
Because we hold no account and keep no server-side copy of your photos or results, there is normally no personal data of yours in our possession to access, correct, export or delete beyond short-lived server logs. To remove everything the app holds on your device, open Settings → Delete all looks inside the app, or delete the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for the processing above is performance of a contract with you (rendering the look you requested) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure; where your photo is treated as special-category data, we rely on your explicit consent, given by choosing to upload it. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA and do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights. Our server is located in Türkiye. The AI image provider may process the submitted image in the United States. Where transfers of personal data are involved, they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
All traffic between the app and our server uses HTTPS with TLS. Server logs are access-restricted and deleted on the schedule above. Because saved looks stay on your device, they are protected by your device passcode and iOS file encryption.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with a new effective date. Where a change materially affects how data is handled, it will also be noted in the app release notes.
