Privacy Policy

Cubero runs entirely on your device. There is no Cubero account, no Cubero server, and no analytics SDK inside the app.

What stays on your device

Room scans, floor areas, inventory lists, customer names and addresses, your rate card and your company logo are stored in the app's own database on your iPhone or iPad. They are included in your device backup if you use iCloud Backup or a local backup, under Apple's terms. Nobody at Cubero can read them.

The camera and the LiDAR sensor

Scanning uses Apple's RoomPlan framework, which needs the camera and the LiDAR sensor. The camera feed is processed live on the device to produce room dimensions and a list of detected furniture. Cubero does not record video, does not save camera frames, and does not upload anything from the scan.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by Apple through the App Store. Cubero receives from Apple only whether a purchase is currently valid. Payment details never reach the app or the developer. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Files you create

When you export a quote, the PDF is written to a temporary folder on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next — email, WhatsApp, Files, a printer — is your choice, and that destination's own privacy terms apply from that point.

This website

These pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them on its own schedule.

The support form

If you write through the support form or by email, your message and your address are used only to answer you and to keep a record of the issue. They are not added to any mailing list and not shared with anyone else.

Your customers' data

Cubero is a tool you use in your own business. When you enter a customer's name, address or phone number, you remain the controller of that data under GDPR, KVKK and comparable laws. Cubero neither receives nor processes it.

Children

Cubero is a professional tool for moving companies and tradespeople. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
