Terms of Use
Last updated 9 September 2026
By installing Cubero you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed on the App Store.
What the app does
Cubero scans rooms with the LiDAR sensor, estimates loading volume in cubic metres, and produces a quote document you can send to your customer. It is an estimating aid for professionals, not a certified measuring instrument.
Accuracy
Volumes come from Apple's RoomPlan reconstruction and from the bounding size of detected furniture. They are close enough to price a move and to size a truck. They are not survey-grade, and Cubero makes no warranty about them. You are responsible for the prices you quote and for checking a scan before it becomes a commitment to a customer.
Device requirement
Scanning requires a device with a LiDAR sensor: iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models, and iPad Pro models from 2020 onwards. On other devices you can still build inventories and quotes by hand, but the scan button is unavailable. This is a hardware limitation of iOS, not a paywall.
Free version and Cubero Pro
The free version keeps up to two jobs and prints a small Cubero line in the footer of exported quotes. Cubero Pro removes both limits and prints your own logo instead.
Subscriptions
- Cubero Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer, under Apple's policies.
Your data and your customers
The content you put into Cubero is yours. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record your customers' details and for how you use the documents Cubero produces.
Acceptable use
Do not decompile the app, resell it, or use it to breach anyone's rights. The Cubero name, icon and interface remain the property of the developer.
Liability
Cubero is supplied as it is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost work, lost jobs, mispriced moves, or any indirect loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending these terms
They apply for as long as you use the app. Delete it and they end, except for the sections on liability and intellectual property, which survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence still apply to you.
