Privacy Policy

Fiammo is built to run entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice, and how little information exists at all.

Who is responsible

Fiammo is published by Yasin Halit Karayağız, İstanbul, Türkiye, acting as data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). You can reach us at support@keremkarayagiz.com.tr.

Information we do not collect

Fiammo has no user accounts, no registration and no login. We do not collect your name, email address, telephone number, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting service, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

Data stored on your device

Your solved puzzles, progress, hint balance and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple on-device storage. This information never reaches our servers. Deleting the app removes it.

Optional iCloud sync

If you turn on iCloud sync, your progress is written to your own private iCloud database under your Apple Account. That data is controlled by you and by Apple. We cannot read, export, restore or delete it. You can turn sync off at any time in iOS Settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. From Apple we receive only an anonymous confirmation that a transaction is valid, which the app uses to unlock content. Apple processes the transaction under its own privacy policy.

If you write to us

When you email support, we receive the address you write from and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use this only to answer you. Correspondence is deleted once your question is resolved, and in any case within twelve months.

This website

This site sets one functional cookie that records the language you selected, so pages open in that language on your next visit. It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking or profiling. No fonts, scripts, analytics or other resources are loaded from third-party servers. The hosting provider keeps server access logs for security purposes and deletes them on a rolling basis.

Children

Fiammo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, no such data can arise.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the KVKK you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, together with the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we hold no personal data about you, exercising these rights will in most cases result in our confirming that no data exists. For support correspondence, write to us and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date. Changes that affect how the app works will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
