Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement

These terms form the agreement between you and Yasin Halit Karayağız for the use of Fiammo. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Fiammo on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The licence is for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, sell, sublicense or redistribute the app, nor extract or republish its generated puzzle content, except to the extent that such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Fiammo offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited hints, all puzzle packs and ad-free play. The price and the subscription period are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing your subscription

After purchase you can view, change or cancel your subscription in the Apple Account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.

One-time purchases

Puzzle packs and hint packs may also be offered as one-time purchases. Hint packs are consumable and are used up as you spend hints; they cannot be restored once consumed. Puzzle packs are non-consumable and can be restored on your other devices using the same Apple Account through Restore Purchases.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds directly. Your statutory consumer rights under Turkish and European Union law are not affected by this clause.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, icon, artwork, puzzle generation system and source code remain our property and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify or discontinue the app or any part of it. We will keep purchased content available for as long as is reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee indefinite availability, particularly where Apple platform requirements change.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Every puzzle is generated from a valid equation and verified by a solver before release, but we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or entirely free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and its in-app purchases during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Fiammo. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
