I bought a pack but it is not unlocked.
Open Settings inside Fiammo and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase. If the content still does not appear, email us with the approximate date of purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is handled by Apple, not inside Fiammo. On your device open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Fiammo and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
I changed phones and my progress is gone.
Progress is stored on the device. If iCloud sync was enabled on your previous device and you are signed into the same Apple Account, turn sync on and allow it to finish. If sync was never enabled, the progress cannot be recovered, but your purchases can still be restored.
I found a different solution and the app rejected it.
Fiammo checks your move with a solver rather than a fixed answer key, so alternative valid solutions are normally accepted. If one was rejected, send us the puzzle number and a screenshot and we will investigate.
A puzzle looks impossible.
Every puzzle is built from a true equation and verified to have at least one solution before it is included, so a solution always exists. Use a hint, or send us the puzzle number if you believe there is an error.
How do I change the language?
Fiammo follows your device language. Change it in iOS Settings under General, then Language and Region, or use the per-app language setting for Fiammo.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all local data. If you used iCloud sync, remove the Fiammo data from iCloud in iOS Settings. We hold no data about you on our own servers, so there is nothing further to delete.
