Privacy Policy

Heft: Balance Logic Puzzle (“Heft”, “the app”) is developed and published by Yasin Halit Karayağız (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

The short version

Heft does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your progress stays on your device.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, usage statistics, or any other personal information. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data stored on your device

Your puzzle progress, solved puzzles, remaining hints, and app settings are saved locally on your device so you can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device through us. If you delete the app, this local data is deleted with it, except for purchases, which you can restore at any time.

If your device backs up to iCloud or to a computer, app data may be included in those backups according to Apple's settings. Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and we have no access to them.

Purchases

Hint packs, the lifetime unlock, and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information. The app only receives confirmation from Apple of which products you are entitled to, so it can unlock them.

Children

Heft is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13 either.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not share it with anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Changes will never introduce data collection without being clearly described here first.
