Terms of Use
These terms apply to Heft: Balance Logic Puzzle (“Heft”, “the app”), developed and published by Yasin Halit Karayağız (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
The app is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. Where the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple's agreement.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, its puzzles, artwork, or other content, except as allowed by law.
Free and paid content
The first chapters of Heft are free to play. Additional content and features can be unlocked through in-app purchases:
- Hint packs are consumable. Each hint can be used once, and used hints are not restored.
- Heft Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks all puzzles permanently on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Heft subscriptions unlock all puzzles for as long as the subscription is active.
Current prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown when you subscribed unless you are notified of a change.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds and restoring purchases
All purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly. Non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions can be restored at any time using Restore Purchases in the app's settings.
Changes to the app
We may update the app, add or change puzzles and features, or correct errors in puzzles. We aim to keep everything you have purchased working, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Heft is a game; its puzzles use simplified physics and are not intended for engineering, safety, or educational assessment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app's in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
