Privacy Policy

Poolproof runs entirely on your device. There is no Poolproof account, no Poolproof server, and no analytics or advertising SDK inside the app.
Who is responsible
Yasin Halit Karayağız, Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: support@keremkarayagiz.com.tr
What stays on your device
Customer names and addresses, pool details, equipment notes, chemistry readings, service photos, your route schedule and your company logo are stored in the app's own database on your iPhone or iPad. They are included in your device backup if you use iCloud Backup or a local backup, under Apple's terms. Nobody at Poolproof can read them.
Camera and photos
The camera is used for the before and after photos you choose to take at a stop. Photos are saved inside the app, not uploaded. If you pick an existing image for your company logo, that image is copied into the app and used only on your reports.
Location
If you allow it, the app records the coordinates of a stop at the moment you save a visit, so the service report can show where the work was done. The position is stored with that visit on your device and sent nowhere. Location is optional: deny the permission and everything else still works, the report simply omits the location line.
Notifications
Route reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. There is no push server and therefore no device token that would be transmitted anywhere.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by Apple through the App Store. Poolproof learns from Apple only whether a purchase is currently valid. Payment details never reach the app or the developer. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
Reports you send
A service report is written as a PDF to a temporary folder on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next — text message, email, Files, a printer — is your choice, and that destination's own terms apply from that point.
This website
These pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting and deletes them on its own schedule.
The support form
Your message and the address you sent it from are used only to answer you and to keep a record of the issue. They are not added to a mailing list and not shared with anyone else.
Your customers' data
Poolproof is a tool you use in your own business. When you enter a customer's name, address or gate code, you remain responsible for that information under the privacy laws that apply to you. The developer neither receives nor processes it.
Your rights
Because no personal data reaches the developer through the app, requests for access, correction or deletion concern only email you have sent to support. Data inside the app is under your control: delete a customer, a visit or the app itself and it is gone from the device. Residents of California and other states with comparable laws should note that no personal information is collected, sold or shared for advertising.
Children
Poolproof is a professional tool for pool service businesses. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
