Terms of Use

By installing Poolproof you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed on the App Store.
What the app does
Poolproof keeps a list of the pools you service, builds a daily route from your weekly schedule, records each visit with photos, chemistry readings and the work performed, and produces a service report you can send to the customer. It is a record-keeping tool.
Not water-quality advice
The app stores the readings you enter and shows them over time. It does not test water, does not certify results, and does not tell you whether a pool is safe to swim in. Dosing decisions, chemical handling and compliance with local health rules remain yours. Nothing in the app is professional or legal advice.
Photos and location
Photos and location are recorded because you choose to record them at a stop. You are responsible for having permission to photograph a customer's property and for how you use those images afterwards.
Free version and Poolproof Pro
The free version keeps up to five pools and prints a small Poolproof line in the footer of service reports. Pro removes both limits and prints your own logo instead, and unlocks chemistry history and export.
Subscriptions
- Poolproof Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer, under Apple's policies.
Your data
The content you put into Poolproof is yours. There is no cloud copy: if you replace or lose your device without a backup, that content is gone. Keeping a backup is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not decompile the app, resell it, or use it to breach anyone's rights. The Poolproof name, icon and interface remain the property of the developer.
Liability
Poolproof is supplied as it is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost work, disputed invoices, damaged equipment, water-chemistry outcomes, or any indirect loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending these terms
They apply for as long as you use the app. Delete it and they end, except for the sections on liability and intellectual property, which survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country or state of residence still apply to you.
