How do I set up my weekly route?

Open a pool, set the service day and how often you visit. The app builds each day's list from those settings, so the home screen always opens on the stops you are driving to today. Skipping a week does not shift the schedule.

The customer says they never got the report

Reports go out through the iOS share sheet, so they travel by whatever you picked — text message, email, WhatsApp. The PDF also stays in the visit's history, so you can resend it from the pool's timeline at any time.

Can I add a pool that isn't on a schedule?

Yes. Leave the service day empty and the pool stays in your list without appearing on a route. Useful for one-off cleanups and repair calls.

Why is the location line missing on my report?

Location is optional. If you denied the permission, or if the phone had no fix when you saved the visit, the report simply leaves that line out. Everything else is unaffected. You can change the permission in the iOS Settings app under Poolproof.

The app is taking up a lot of storage

Photos are the reason. Poolproof already downsizes each image on save, and Settings lets you clear photos older than a chosen number of days while keeping the readings, the notes and the reports themselves. Forty pools photographed twice a week add up fast, so it is worth setting that once.

How do I put my logo on the report?

Settings → Your business → Logo. With Poolproof Pro it prints at the top of every report you send.

I bought Pro on another device

Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Poolproof. Cancellation goes through Apple; deleting the app does not stop billing.

Can I get my data out?

Every visit exports as a PDF, and Pro exports the pool list and chemistry history as CSV. There is no cloud copy — if you replace your device, restore from a backup to keep your work.
