Zikzo is an iOS game developed and published by Yasin Halit Karayağız, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy explains how the app handles information. It applies only to the Zikzo iOS application.
None. Zikzo does not ask for and does not receive your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifier such as IDFA or IDFV.
The app contains no analytics framework, no crash reporting service, no advertising network and no third-party software development kits of any kind. No data leaves your iPhone or iPad.
To let you continue where you left off, Zikzo saves the following locally on your device: your current level, your high score, and your sound and haptic preferences.
This information is stored by iOS in the app's private storage area. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app from your device permanently deletes this information.
If Zikzo offers in-app purchases, all payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address or Apple ID.
Apple provides the app with an anonymous purchase receipt so it can unlock the content you bought. This receipt contains no personal information. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
We do not use third-party services, servers, or SDKs in Zikzo. Because we hold no data, there is nothing for us to share, sell, rent or disclose to anyone, including advertisers and data brokers.
Zikzo is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and comparable regulations. There is no advertising, no chat, no user-generated content and no link that takes a player out of the game during play.
Under the GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the CCPA and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you. Since we process no personal data whatsoever, we hold nothing that could be accessed, corrected, exported or deleted.
You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Game data never leaves your device, which removes the risk of interception in transit or a breach of a central server. On-device data is protected by the standard iOS sandbox and by the device encryption provided by Apple.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
