Yasin Halit Karayağız grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of Zikzo on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
This license is granted, not sold. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the app; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits; remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice; use the app to develop a competing product; or use any automated tool, modified client or exploit to alter scores, progress or purchased content.
Zikzo may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are charged to your Apple ID account. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and may vary by country and over time.
Non-consumable purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at no extra cost on any device signed in with the same Apple ID, using the restore option inside the app.
If a subscription is offered, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are therefore governed by Apple's policies. Yasin Halit Karayağız cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Zikzo and all of its content, including its name, icon, artwork, source code, level design, sound and visual identity, are owned by Yasin Halit Karayağız and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the app to you.
The app may be updated, modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Features may be added, changed or removed. Continued use after an update means you accept these terms as they apply to the updated version.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It is not warranted that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yasin Halit Karayağız shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app and its in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This agreement is between you and Yasin Halit Karayağız only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
This license takes effect when you install the app and remains in force until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app from all of your devices. Sections 6 and 8 through 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
These terms may be revised from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top and takes effect when published. Continued use of the app after publication means you accept the revised terms.
