The agreement between you and us for Lintel: Renovation Budget.

Lintel is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to this app in full and forms part of these terms:
Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement
Where the Apple EULA and the terms below differ, the Apple EULA governs the licence to use the software, and the terms below govern the subscription and the service.
1. Who we are
Lintel is published by Yasin Halit Karayagiz, based in Turkiye. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Lintel on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple EULA linked above. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, rent or sublicense the app.
3. What Lintel is, and is not
Lintel is a record keeping tool. It helps you document change orders, payments and photographs relating to a construction contract, and it performs arithmetic on figures you enter.
Lintel is not:
- legal advice, or a substitute for a lawyer
- tax or accounting advice, or a substitute for an accountant
- a construction contract, and it does not modify any contract you have signed
- a guarantee that a document it produces will be accepted by a contractor, insurer, court or tax authority
Documents produced by the app, including the signable change order record, are records of what you entered. Their legal effect depends on your contract and on the law where your property is located. Take professional advice before relying on them in a dispute.
4. Accuracy of your data
Every figure Lintel displays is calculated from data you enter. We do not verify amounts, dates or descriptions against any external source. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you record.
5. Subscriptions
Lintel is free to download. The free tier allows one project and three change orders. Lintel Pro removes those limits and unlocks PDF exports.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through your Apple Account settings.
6. Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Your data
Your records are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account. We have no copy and no access. We cannot recover data you delete, and we cannot restore data lost through device failure, iCloud problems or app deletion. Keep your own backups of anything important, including PDF exports of your records. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
8. Availability
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Features depending on Apple services, including iCloud sync and in app purchase, depend on those services being available and are outside our control.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lintel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that calculations will be free of defects.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of Lintel — including any budget overrun, contractual dispute, tax consequence or construction outcome.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose, or, where you paid nothing, to zero.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Lintel and is not responsible for any product claims or third party intellectual property claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Intellectual property
The Lintel name, mark, interface, design and code are owned by Yasin Halit Karayagiz. The records you create in the app are yours.
13. Termination
This licence ends if you stop using the app or breach these terms. Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
15. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
