Tonvia

Colour analysis and capsule wardrobe

Last updated 25 September 2026

Tonvia works out which of the twelve seasonal colour palettes you measure as, then tells you which clothes in your own wardrobe actually suit you.

How it works

You take one portrait. Tonvia finds your face, samples your skin, hair and eyes, and uses the whites of your eyes as a neutral reference to cancel out the colour of the light you are standing in. It then places those measurements on three axes — light to deep, warm to cool, muted to clear — and scores them against all twelve seasons.

You get a season, a palette, and a confidence level with the second-closest season shown alongside it, because a colour analysis is a measurement rather than a verdict.

Then your wardrobe

Photograph what you own. Tonvia lifts each piece off its background, reads its colour, and tells you whether it sits inside your palette, works as a neutral, or fights your colouring. Every morning it builds outfits from the pieces that work, matched to the temperature where you are.
